Ceredigion County Council
Ceredigion County Council is the governing body for the county of Ceredigion, since 1996 one of the unitary authorities of Wales. They provide education and children’s services across the county.

Hywel Dda University Health Board
Hywel Dda University Health Board is responsible for planning and providing NHS services in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. We partner with the Child Health Department on our Outdoor Sensory Play projects, in particular the Children’s Disability Health Team in Ceredigion

Awel Aman Tawe Coop
Awel Aman Tawe is a community renewable energy charity. It supports the development of community renewables, energy efficiency and raises awareness of climate change. AAT has an education and arts programme that explores climate change through poetry, theatre, film, animation and other arts activities. The quality of its work has been recognised nationally and internationally by a growing number of prestigious awards.

Ffynnone Community Resilience
Ffynnone Resilience is a non-profit organisation based in North East Pembrokeshire which aims to support and build community resilience, preparing to take on today’s challenges and those of the future.

Naturewise Community Garden
Community owned and run forest garden aiming to provide a sustainable food source for the community, to teach people how to grow their own vegetables and care for plants, and to encourage a love of nature.

Action for Children
Action for Children help disadvantaged children across the UK.
Action for Children helps children through fostering or adoption – and by intervening early to stop neglect and abuse. They make life better for children with disabilities and influence policy and advocate for change.
