Bio*diversity: Woodland Youth Club
Dates: April – July 2025
Venue: Piliau Valley, Penrallt Ddu, Pen y Bryn
Bio*diversity: Woodland Youth Club is a new after school club for 2025. The club provided a safe, compassionate and fun space for 8-13 year olds with neurodiversity.
These sessions were designed to facilitate social connection, build peer support around the challenges of neurodiversity, promote a well-regulated nervous system and to empower the young people through practicing new skills. Participants had the opportunity to get involved with bushcraft and campfire cooking skills.
We hope to secure future funding to continue this project in Autumn 2025.
